Lead Intake → CRM
build-and-own demo
runs live in your browser · no spec, built from a goal
Operations & delivery · CRM + automation

A lead comes in. It leaves qualified, staged, and with the next move already queued.

The goal was one sentence: a real-estate agent should never have to manually read, score, route, and follow up on a new lead. So here is the system. Fill the form like a buyer would, or click a sample. Watch it qualify the lead, write a structured CRM contact, set the pipeline stage, and queue the follow-up the way Follow Up Boss or GoHighLevel would fire it.

What this is, honestly

This is a self-contained demo so you can click it in 30 seconds with nothing to install. The scoring and routing logic run for real in your browser, they react to what you type, no canned answer. In a live build the qualify step is a Claude call reading the message for intent and objections, and the write step is an API call into Follow Up Boss or GoHighLevel that creates the contact, sets the stage, and triggers the workflow. I built daleel, a live bilingual AI real-estate agent that already does the intake-and-qualify half of this end to end. Pointing the output at a CRM instead of its own dashboard is a config change, not a rebuild.
